Reservations can be made up to six months in advance. No minimum stay is required, except during high demand times May- Sept when a two night minimum stay is required.

Deposit of 50% of the room will hold your reservation. Most credit cards are accepted, as are checks (received and cleared) and cash.

Rates are for single or double occupancy and do not include government fees or tax. The Eagles View Room & Mountain Top Angle Room are $125.00-$145.00 per night. The Nature Retreat Suite is $155.00-175.00( Includes living room, bathroom, and bedroom) per night. All accounts must be paid in full prior to departure.

Cancellations Due to the limited number of rooms available, cancellations made only one to two weeks before the scheduled stay will be charged 50% of the price for the rooms booked. Cancellations received within one week of scheduled stay will be charged the full price. Reservations which are unexpectedly shortened (i.e. arriving later than or leaving earlier than reserved), as well as “no shows” will also of necessity be charged the full price.

Check-in is after 4:00pm or by appointment. The innkeeper will happily try to accommodate the needs of the guests providing those needs are communicated in advance. Please call if your anticipated time of arrival is delayed or changed. Provision for early check-in is possible for an additional charge.

Check-out is 11:00am. Provision for late check-out is possible for an additional charge.

Occupancy Each room has occupancy limits of two, except the larger Nature Retreat Suite, which has a rollaway bed available for one additional occupant. Use of the rollaway has an extra $25 charge for linens, amenities and breakfast.

Accessibility Rooms are not handicapped accessible.

Children Well-behaved children 12 years of age or older are welcome. Also, the Inn is not equipped to accommodate infants.

Pets The Inn does not offer accommodations for pets, however the innkeeper can suggest several kennels in the area upon request.

Smoking Inside The B&B is a smoke-free environment. Smoking area’s on premises.

Special Events & Occasions Small receptions, weddings and other occasions may be held on site upon approval of the owners. Rates depend upon variables such as how much of the facilities you would like guests to have access to, length of time you will need the space reserved, additional services you may wish or require, etc. Please contact us for information.
